Shipping Time = Order Processing Time + Estimated Delivery time.

  • Order Processing Time:Before we can dispatch your purchases, we may need to confirm your Payment. We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum and aim to process and dispatch all orders within 24 hours, or 48 hours during sale periods.Occasionally however, we may be waiting for shipments from our designer suppliers.
  • Estimated Delivery time: is to be used as an approximated guideline only and commence from the date of dispatch. Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 48 hour period where your items will be processed and dispatched by our warehouse.
